FAQ

Q: Is SMEOne the same as a stock upstream ERP Enterprise build? A: No. SMEOne is Adneti's productised platform for Singapore SMEs, with proprietary localisation, statutory chart-of-accounts design, and compliance-ready reporting — not an unmodified upstream package.

Q: Can I access SMEOne on mobile? A: Yes. SMEOne works on modern mobile browsers, so you can check approvals, contacts, and key records on the go.

Q: Who maintains statutory COA updates? A: Adneti maintains the standard Singapore compliance baseline for all SMEOne deployments. Any company-specific extensions follow agreed implementation procedures so your chart stays consistent and audit-ready.

Q: What languages are supported? A: English is the primary language. Chinese labels may appear in branding and selected screens depending on your organisation's setup.

Q: Where do I get training for my industry? A: Contact your Adneti account or implementation team for sector-specific onboarding, data import templates, and guided walkthroughs.
